We hired Mason to complete our attic insulation. He came promptly to visit the house and provide a quote, & took into consideration that the materials had already been purchased. Hard time scheduling an onsite visit for estimate. Reached out to them to reschedule the first visit and tried for a week but no answers. No one showed up either. After a few days, they got back with excuses that they had something going on in the office. Rescheduled for another visit with a confirmed day and a time. Waited all day and no one showed up and it's been 5 days still no one contacted and didn't even care to reach out to let me know why they didn't show up or anything. They are bot reliable.

Mason worked on a whole-house insulation job for us. His workmanship was great and we have no complaints. He had great attention to detail and fixed issues rather than just cover them up.
