I was extremely happy with all aspects of the A/C replacement job Howe's HVAC Services did for me. Jordan was very responsive and communicative throughout the job - from the estimate, scheduling, installation, post-installation inspection and follow-ups. Jordan was very thorough in his evaluation of the upstairs & downstairs systems and he also called my attention to some ancillary items which he offered to fix as well (such as to secure the line from my dehumidifier and address the deteriorated insulation on one of the water lines). His attention to detail and desire to do the job 'right' was evident and it gave me great comfort to know he was going to actually be participating in the installation job (along with another technician) and not just handing it off to some crew and then disappearing. I had two other estimates for the job and I ultimately went with Howe's because it was competitively priced and I was impressed and felt comfortable with the way Jordan managed the process. After the job was over, the Howe's team managed all of the details to get the required county inspection scheduled and there were no issues. I would definitely recommend Howe's HVAC Services for future home HVAC work. p.s. - He also lit the pilot light on my gas fireplace!

I like to use local and veteran own services whenever possible. Howe's HVAC Services was a good fit for both. When I called Howe's HVAC Services to give me an estimate on installing a new HVAC unit I talked to the owner Jordan Howe. Jordan stated he could come out that day and give me an estimate. Jordan came, looked at what I wanted done, was very knowledgeable about my split system and what it would cost to replace the unit. Jordan gave me three options all very reasonable. I decided on one option and called to set up a time for the installation. This was on Tuesday. Jordan said he could do the installation on Thursday or Friday. I decided on a date and time. Jordan gave me several updates on the time he would arrive. Jordan showed up on the agreed time and removed the old unit and air handler and replaced the new unit and air handler with no problems or extra costs. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Howe's HVAC Services to anyone that needs quality work done at a fair price. Thanks again Jordan for a job well done.

Jordan is top notch. Great to work with, Jordan came over and cleaned our ducts and also found some issues in our HVAC system that wasn't part of the original scope, but he was detail oriented enough to find what other HVAC/Duct specialists couldn't. Could not recommend him more.

Jordan is very knowledgeable and hardworking. He replaced our entire HVAC/AC system on the bottom level of our home. He showed up on time and told me what to expect in terms of how long it would take. He and the other gentleman worked until the job was done. Payment was easy and financing options were straightforward. The price was very reasonable. From what I can see, Howe’s is unmatched in terms of their value. Highly recommend!

Jordan was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He was also able to fit me into his schedule on a Saturday as that was the only time I had available. Nice guy, over a decade of experience, will definitely call him again as issues come up.
