Factory trained to take care of all repairs, inspections, and service on all models. We even install Gas Logs! Providing the best service for the best price. Annual Maintenance on your fireplace means you are confident that you are safe and that your fireplace is going to work effectively each time you go to turn it on.
My favorite part of my job is getting to meet new people and help them learn something new about their fireplace they probably didn't know. Most of my customers see big differences in how their fireplace looks and runs with each service.

Justin was really great at repairing my fireplace. He cleaned it up and repainted the interior of the fireplace. He laid down new fireplace material and actually made the fireplace better than new. I’m very happy with the service Justin provided.

Justin was awesome. He showed up on time. He was very quick communicating, on time, and thorough. He got my fireplace back working again very quickly and cleaned it really well. It looks as good as the day we moved in.

Justin was very responsive and prompt when we were concerned about a small gas leak. He found the source of leak, fixed it, and did an annual inspection as well! He was kind, helpful, and even made friends with our curious cat. We will be using Hearth N Soul for all our fireplace needs moving forward!

He came in and took care of our old fireplace and made it look new. We had no idea if it was going to be able to function and he took the time to not only fix the problem but also show me how to work it so I could do the pilot light myself. Very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend to anyone with fireplace needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Annual Gas Fireplace Service is required to keep you're gas fireplace running efficiently and safely.
Each service is a full safety inspection, cleaning of the entire unit, repair if needed, and a one year warranty.
Parts that need replacing are replaced at cost, which means you pay what I pay for parts.
There are no travel fees or moving fees involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory Trained in R.H Peterson, Empire, Mendota Hearth, Travis Industries, and Valor Products. Experienced Servicing all other brands including Heat & Glo, Majestic/Monessen, Everwarm, and many others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many residential clients and customers. Older, younger does not matter. Also I have customers in the Hotel industry up and down the East Coast.
