- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge fees for ordering materials. My pricing is on par with my competitors; I guarantee that the customer will be satisfied with the end result. Customer first, profit second.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer in person if it is possible, especially for larger projects. I like to speak with people in person, it is easier to express your vision in person than over email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and have been involved in the construction industry for 8 years.
