I had Tim do some maintenance work on a rental property while I was between tenants. He got me a reasonable estimate very quickly and worked with my schedule to find a time to complete the job that was convenient for me. Tim arrived on time and did an excellent job. I’ll definitely use him again!!

Tim did a great job installing custom trim around 2 doors at our house. The trim work required attention to detail and precise cuts for it to come out neat and looking good. Solid work for a fair price!

Tim fixed a rotten beam in my porch and did a great job. He came and gave a free estimate and described how he would fix the issue and was very responsive with any questions. He was able to fix the problem in 1 day and charged a very fair price. He completed the project on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge fees for ordering materials. My pricing is on par with my competitors; I guarantee that the customer will be satisfied with the end result. Customer first, profit second.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer in person if it is possible, especially for larger projects. I like to speak with people in person, it is easier to express your vision in person than over email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and have been involved in the construction industry for 8 years.
