- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates to our customers and are happy to try to work within a given budget. All foresee able issues are discussed prior to starting so that our estimated price becomes the invoice price. Nobody likes suprise charges at the end!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Smaller jobs can be estimated and started with 7 days. Larger job that require permitting will need plans drawn up. We have a wonderful designer that will sit with customers for hours if necessary to make sure the design plan matches their ideas. We also work with structural engineers to make sure the permit process goes as smoothly as possible. And we are 100% involved and available from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Alford State University in NY in 1997 with a degree in Building Construction. Prior to college, worked as a carpenter with a new home builder in the Buffalo area. Moved to NC in 1998 and became licensed general contractor.
