- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure it's a good fit and that you like the design style. Talk with someone at the company or have a face to face meeting. Is it a single person operation or is there more than one employee? Keep in mind that if they do have only 1 person working for their company, they could get sick or go out of business. Make sure you have all the files so a new designer doesn't have to start from scratch. Also ask if you own the rights to the artwork. Some companies charge a premium for you to own the rights. Lastly, make sure you check out their testimonials or ask for references! This is a sure fire way to make sure they treat their customers well.
