Introduction

My name is Caleb, I’m 20 years old and I work as an installer/handyman. When I was younger, I took apart and reassembled any toys I could. From there I moved onto computers, then cars. In high school I worked when I could as a handyman, and enjoyed the work. I went on to certify in BMW repair and worked as a mechanic for a few years. I eventually left and got into commercial construction contracts. I’ve always operated under the presumption that your repairmen/installers are not to be trusted unless that trust is proven. When I walk into your house I treat myself that same way. I prioritize open and transparent pricing and work, completing any job properly over quickly, and earning your repeat business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base price includes installation of the door, frame (if necessary) and hardware install. The price is adjusted for multiple doors, or if the location is outside of my usual service area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working as a niche commercial door guy since I was 12. I now work in the same field full time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father started a business in commercial doors in 2007, just before the real estate crash. I went on to work for him part time, whenever he needed help, until I took it over in 2021.
