- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free radon test with purchase of a predrywall and closing inspection or a closing and a 11 month inspection. Pricing varies dependent on square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm open to answer all questions that educate the customer on the process. This is a value that the company cherishes, although you may not use our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed NC state home inspector and nationally certifed in HVAC which aids in my knowledge.
