We had an amazing experience with Mr. Aaron! Even before we officially hired him, he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire inspection process, discuss pricing, and answer all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed and made sure we understood what to expect every step of the way.
During the inspection, he was incredibly detailed and professional. He provided a comprehensive report with clear photos and took the time to walk us through his findings, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even offered to review the report with us in person to ensure we were comfortable and informed.
If you’re looking for a home inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Mr. Aaron. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free radon test with purchase of a predrywall, closing inspection and a 11 month inspection. Pricing varies dependent on square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm open to answer all questions that educates the consumer on the process. This is a value that the company cherishes, although you may not use our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed NC state home inspector and nationally certifed in HVAC which aids in my knowledge.
