- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. We offer flat rates based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. No hidden fees. First-time customers receive a discount on their initial clean, and we also offer special rates for recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Free estimates are always available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the customer’s needs, the size of their home, and any specific requests. Then we provide a clear quote and schedule a convenient time. On the cleaning day, we arrive on time, walk through the home with the customer if needed, and make sure we understand all priorities. After we finish, we check that everything meets the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in residential cleaning, organizing, and upholstery care. I completed professional training in deep cleaning techniques, safe use of cleaning products, and proper care for different surfaces and materials. Our family team also regularly updates our skills to provide excellent service.
