Great experience working with Jerome! He stayed late both days over the weekend to make sure my job was done perfectly and left the rooms vacuumed and cleaned! He is super friendly, prepared and overall great to work with.

Our experience was good. Jerome was pleasant, responsive, and timely. He patched two holes in our walls. I would give a 5 star, but we had one wrinkle. It was mostly our fault as we thought we had the right paint color to match the original wall. Turns out it was not quite the right color. My only complaint is that I wish he would have let us know prior to painting such a large space that the color was off. Other than that, he was a cool dude. Good conversation, and he offered to help us get the right color later. Otherwise the work looks good and at a good price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on square footage and discounts are available under a wide range of circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate is accepted, a 25% deposit is required in order to schedule the work. Once a convenient date is set up, the work will be done on that date. When the work is completed the balance owing will be due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have about 20 years of experience both in the field and running the business. The team leaders all have 10 or more years of experience in the field painting, dry walling, home renovations, etc.
