- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on square footage and discounts are available under a wide range of circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate is accepted, a 25% deposit is required in order to schedule the work. Once a convenient date is set up, the work will be done on that date. When the work is completed the balance owing will be due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have about 20 years of experience both in the field and running the business. The team leaders all have 10 or more years of experience in the field painting, dry walling, home renovations, etc.
