When I sent the request for services to Ricochet Woodcraft on Thumbtack I was contacted by email immediately. Sam was very prompt with his response and it was detailed. Once I confirmed I wanted to move forward with the project to have my backyard wooden stairs replaced Sam provided an estimate and worked with me for scheduling a few weeks out. He communicated by consistently leading up to the project completion date. When Sam arrived to my home he went over the contract proposal and after I signed he began working. Despite the unexpected rain and high winds he was still able to finish the project. I am very satisfied with the final product. Sam is very precise in his work and he was very professional. I love my mew staircase and I would highly recommend Ricochet Woodcraft for any carpentry needs you may have.

We had an old shed and Sam rebuilt it from the foundation up (see before and after pictures). We found him great to work with and would recommend him without hesitation. His quote was reasonable, he was professional and respectful, he was superb with communicating with us and he did a quality job on our shed. We have had a lot of people work on our house in the last few years and Sam was one of the best.
