Hired Visions Land Management to mow an overgrown yard, trim hedges, rake up leaves/pine needles, and clean up debris in yard. Let Matt know I would need a receipt for tax purposes since this is a rental property I own. Price was great. Upon completion Matt texted me pictures. Only the lawn had been mowed and hedges had been tried. Let Matt know I had paid him to clean up the yard, which meant any trash and debris, and that I had specifically asked to have the pine needles raked up. Matt stated his price did not include clean up or raking. After further discussion he did pick up the trash in the yard. The lawn and hedges look good, but there are still sticks all over the yard. I’ve asked 3 times for a receipt and have not received one.
