I played five years in the National Football League. I was one of the smallest ever to play. I am the every man. As a speaker my goal is to have people leaving believing a bit more in themselves and their abilities. We can do what we set as defined goals. Connecting with the crowd. I believe that nothing great is accomplished without enthusiasm. I enjoy helping people understand what they are capable of with effort. Because of my experiences people will see that there are really no limits.

Howard was quick to respond to my request for a speaker for an all-employee meeting. He spent some time getting to know about us and our workforce beforehand, so his message of hard work, goal setting, perseverance, teamwork, etc was exactly what we were looking for. Howard is warm, enthusiastic, articulate and down to earth. He engaged our employees with his sense of humor and storytelling. His positive energy is contagious. My only regret is that we didn't allow him more time to speak.

Howard is the best! His message is instructive and motivational, and at the same time he is funny and engaging - which is really important when trying to capture the attention of teenagers. Howard came to Camp Sea Gull last year near the end of our summer program season to speak to our camp community about the importance of staying focused and finishing strong in the "fourth quarter" of their experience. His positive energy and uplifting message gave our campers and counselors a boost, and Howard made himself available after he spoke to shoot baskets with the kids and answer additional questions about his time playing professional football. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing range depending on the requirements of the event. I have been paid as much as $ 10,000. The range starts at $2000. I also take into account the goals of the event and price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hired I require at least one conference call with leadership to get a feel for the goal of the event. I also do my own research to be totally prepared to achieve the clients goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience as a public speaker. I have also used the feedback of many of my clients to improve my craft. With my background I do a great deal of self scouting and watching game film so to speak. better is a never ending persiut.
