- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There can be different pricing depending on what it takes to do a certain job. Variables like accessability of a cleanout, Drain calls on a main sewer line may sometimes require a toilet being removed for access to the problem. Sometimes a kitchen sink clog might need to be taken care of through vent on the roof as compared to accomplishing the task from under the sink.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer had always been told that her main sewer issue had to be approached in a certain way which was not in her budget it being a couple weeks before Christmas. I took the time to look at it and give this customer the same results(cleared the blockage) at nearly half the price others had quoted!
