- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have packages and A La Carte pricing available so you can create the perfect package for you and your family. There is a charge for appointments that require more than 45 minutes travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When planning a session with a new customer, I like getting to know the person/family through email, text or phone so I can find out exactly what they are looking for and make sure their needs are met. There may be a questionnaire emailed to you to help with planning your photo session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took photography classes at NCSU during my senior year in high school. Since then I have been in freelance and studio settings professionally for 19 years.
