- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are quoted at a flat rate. I will review your content and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the project cost. If content needs to be developed, I can provide a separate estimate after an initial overview meeting to review requirements. A 50% deposit is required upfront for work to begin. The flat rate includes 2 rounds of revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with an initial kick-off meeting. During this meeting, I will go through the content and dig deep into the clients' product/service. 2. Depending on the client, a demo of their product may be required via an online meeting. 3. I review the content supplied by the client and provide ideas/ graphical improvements to help communicate their messaging more effectively. 4. I will put together an initial draft and allow the client to review and provide feedback. 5. After changes are provided, I will either make the changes or arrange a meeting to go through the changes if needed.
