Chris is fantastic to work with- he is very responsive and communicates all the details in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Chris and Lori from Property Specific have been incredible to work with. We were in the midst of planning a move, listed our house, got a buyer - but the deal fell through. Weeks later, as the house wasn't selling, and we were already moved into our new home, we reached out to Chris and Lori to see if they could help us get our previous home rented. They were able to get us under contract with a fantastic renter in under four days!! They both know this business so well, and were immediately able to put our concerns at ease. They've now been managing the property for six months, with no issues. Small things have had to be handled here and there, but Chris and Lori have taken care of things every step of the way for us. Chris, Lori and their team at Property Specific are amazing to work with and helped us find our perfect home! From showings to submitting offers to understanding home inspections reports to what happens after closing, and everything in between.
