FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyer Agency - Usually free to the buyer. My rate is 2.4% of the sale price of the home, but 99.9% of the time, that comes from the selling agent in a commission split agreement. Flat-Fee listing - $349 (MLS entry, color flyer, and internet syndication) Hybrid Listing - $649 (MLS entry, internet syndication, color flyer, market research, pricing advice) Full Service Listing - 6% of the sales price for a full-service listing (MLS entry, color flyer, color showing brochure, custom domain and website, pricing advice, payment of commission to the buyer's agent, handle all negotiations, contracts, communications, and showings.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year, I take several Continuing Education classes to keep up with the latest law and regulation changes in the Real Estate industry in North Carolina.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We list properties for sale most commonly. We offer flat-fee listings, if you just want to get your home in the MLS, and we offer full-service listings if you need marketing help, pricing advice, and a full steward of the transaction from start to finish. Either way, you, the client are our prime focus throughout.
