Erick was wonderful! Super nice to come out, look under the house and be HONEST with me that I didn't need a drain system installed, saving me thousands of dollars. He was so helpful I asked questions to understand when moisture becomes a problem and when to act. He did not by any means suggest unnecessary work to seek profit like other companies have done. I will most certainly call him when I decide if I want to install de humidifier under my home.
