This was a great company to work through on our home foundation repairs.
Our home "had" (no longer :) quite a few cracked and sloping joists. The home also had within in the crawlspace 2 areas of rotted wood of face plates that were sitting on brick foundation that needed to be repaired. We had originally had another company come out to give us a quote. As there quote was good, after Erik (the supervisor of this our project) came out and did their quote it was clear this was the company to go with. They were going to be conducting more work for just a little more money than the other company, though the more work seemed fit since the quote included a drainage system, new vapor barrier, mold scrubbing, and not to mention what needed to be repaired mentioned earlier. The other company only quoted a few hundred less but their quote only consisted of the joist repair, not even repairing the face plates.

I was shocked, and so glad we decided to work with this company. Erik is even working with us on the time of the project per our budget. We needed to split the project up since we couldn't afford all of it at once unfortunately. They came out and did the structural repair first, and now we look forward to the coming in August to complete the rest of the project.

The feeling of even floors is amazing.

Thank you again Erik and team for a job well done. We look forward to you coming back out soon. :)

We bought our house about a year ago and have had water troubles since we got it. The home is over 30 years old, so we weren't surprised, but the floors were a bit bouncy and we felt that some work we had done previously didn't do everything they said they would. Erick and his team brought our home up to code added a sump pump to remove the excess water, and straightened out the floors! All along the way, things were double checked and we were asked if we were happy with how things were going, and we were and still are!!
