- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for events vary depending on individual needs, distance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer initial questions and offer a quote if requested, via email or phone (however potential client initiates). I then like to schedule a mutually convenient time to meet in person to discuss details and answer any further questions. You are not required to book an event, sign any contract, or pay anything at this meeting unless requested by client ahead of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been bartending for the past 9 years. I have experience in beverage catering, restaurants, bars, general catering, and night clubs. I require all my bartenders to have a ServSafe Alcohol certificate and previous, proven experience. I also personally train all of my hired bartenders to meet the needs of my event bartending business. TILTED by jordan is also licensed and insured.
