At Pest-X, we offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We have a variety of service plans and often provide discounts for bundled services. We also offer seasonal promotions, such as discounted pest or mosquito treatments and special savings on insulation and crawlspace services. For larger projects, such as extensive termite control or insulation or encapsulation jobs, we also offer convenient financing options to make it more manageable. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start with a thorough inspection of the property to identify any existing issues or risks. We discuss treatment options and create a customized plan that fits their home and lifestyle. Once agreed upon, we schedule service at the customer’s convenience and follow up with ongoing monitoring and maintenance as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in pest management, wildlife control, moisture control, and insulation installation. Many hold certifications in pest control, including termite and wildlife management, and they receive continuous training on the latest products, safety procedures, and environmentally responsible methods.
