I hired KL appliances because my washer was jumping and banging on spin cycle. Kostiantyn was extremely responsive from the very beginning. He came out the 1st time to assess the issue. He took time to explain to me what the problem was and how he could fix it. He showed me what was wrong with my washer. He had to order the parts and came back 2 business days later. The communication, responsiveness, professionalism were incredible and he is extremely knowledgeable about appliance repair. He will be the only person I reach out to next time I need appliance repair services. Wonderful experience!
