When we first moved into our new home, we noticed a puddle formed in front of our patio door. After countless theories in how this was happening we came to terms with needing a new door. When we came across Scott, we just had a feeling he was the man for the job. Man, we were right! Scott was friendly, personable, and professional from the start. His dedication to his craft was evident when he already had some solutions to our issue we described. Almost immediately he found a simple fix to our seemingly expensive problem. He went over the issue and related common issues for our patio door we could try if and when we encounter them, and also offered baby friendly solutions. This shows he is personable and aware of other's situations. This is something hard to come by these days. Even more so, a person who offers pro DIY tips and won't rob you of your hard earned money. The fix was pennies compared to what we would have paid had he not told us of the simple solution. We will be using him for all our future fixes and installations and hope you do the same!
