- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I read trade publications and articles as well as periodic training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are generally hired when a customer has a water loss in their home or business. We come in, dry the structure and put things back together again. The second most common job type for us is fire/smoke clean up. We'll go into a building after a fire, dry anything that got wet and restore the building to just as good as it was before the fire.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If there's anything about the contractor that makes you uncomfortable, don't hire them. There are enough providers in this industry that you can be selective and get someone you feel good about.
