I could only choose three but I would have choose all five from Punctuality, Work Quality, Value, Professionalism, and Responsiveness and given a 5 star for them all. My wife loved the full decoration. Don't sleep on these this service. Thank you.

Jaja was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question, called me when necessary, and very professional. Additionally, she was helpful and willing to go above and beyond the service for which I paid. For example, she assisted with the venue decorations in order to effectively install the balloon arch she made. Furthermore, she was incredibly EASY to work with. I sent her a picture of what I wanted, she provided a quick quote that was all inclusive, sent the invoice and was ready to go. She’s friendly, personable and communicative. I will definitely reach out to her if I have another need in the future and personally recommend her service.

Jaja with Crews Balloons was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, especially when it came to talking through ideas and figuring out the best balloon displays for my sons first birthday party. We ran into an unexpected issue with a backdrop we had purchased separately, and Jaja was so flexible and creative in helping us come up with another solution. She worked the balloon display around what we had and made everything look absolutely beautiful and completely intentional! The balloons turned out gorgeous and tied the entire party together. Jaja was professional, talented, and genuinely so easy to work with. I will absolutely use Crews Balloons again and cannot recommend her enough!

Jaja Crews of Crews Balloons is truly a gifted balloon artist. If you can think it, she can create it.Her creativity is unmatched, and the quality of her balloons makes a noticeable difference. Many people assume balloons are all the same, especially with online options, but Jaja has proven that professional quality and craftsmanship truly matter. She has designed for major companies and franchises, and her larger installations are incredible. I have seen her create six foot plus Grinch displays for Christmas events and other eye catching pieces that completely transform a space.Jaja has decorated one of my events, and even though it was not a large production, she gave it careful thought and attention. She visited the space beforehand, offered professional recommendations, delivered on time, installed beautifully, and returned for breakdown and pickup. Regardless of the size of the event, she brings the same level of professionalism and creativity.I am looking forward to working with her again for future celebrations and real estate closings. If you are planning an event, big or small, I highly recommend Jaja Crews. She will elevate your space and make your event memorable.
