Jaja was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question, called me when necessary, and very professional. Additionally, she was helpful and willing to go above and beyond the service for which I paid. For example, she assisted with the venue decorations in order to effectively install the balloon arch she made. Furthermore, she was incredibly EASY to work with. I sent her a picture of what I wanted, she provided a quick quote that was all inclusive, sent the invoice and was ready to go. She’s friendly, personable and communicative. I will definitely reach out to her if I have another need in the future and personally recommend her service.

I could only choose three but I would have choose all five from Punctuality, Work Quality, Value, Professionalism, and Responsiveness and given a 5 star for them all. My wife loved the full decoration. Don't sleep on these this service. Thank you.
