Alex came out very quickly and was able to tell me exactly what my issue was within minutes of being at my home. He had my plumbing taken apart and put back together properly in a matter of hours. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would always like to meet in person and review the Project/repairs needing attention. Will always provide written estimates prior to starting any work. Able to schedule day and evening appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed the 4 Year plumbing apprenticeship program. Licensed master plumber in North Carolina and New Jersey 23 years of experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning service industry. Owner /operator of Power Plumbing LLC in New Jersey from 2003 to 2016 before relocating to the Charlotte area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enrolled in the plumbing apprenticeship program in 1995. From there I quickly learned that I enjoyed meeting new people daily and helping them with their current projects/repairs.
