I’m so happy that I selected Power Plumbing. Alexander was punctual and did an excellent job repairing the leak in my shower. I put in a Thumbtack quote request before 7 in the morning. Alex was the first to respond with clear information about diagnostic fee and to reply to schedule an appointment. He was booked that morning, but would call me around noon to give me an update as to if he would be able to schedule me for the afternoon. He did as he said and let me know he'd arrive that afternoon. He came, assessed the situation, explained the repair needed and cost for the repair. I agreed and he immediately went to work He completed the work and now no.more leaky shower. I appreciate Alex's professionalism, responsiveness, and fair, up-front pricing. I will be using him to install my gas hot water and home filtration system.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would always like to meet in person and review the Project/repairs needing attention. Will always provide written estimates prior to starting any work. Able to schedule day and evening appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed the 4 Year plumbing apprenticeship program. Licensed master plumber in North Carolina and New Jersey 23 years of experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning service industry. Owner /operator of Power Plumbing LLC in New Jersey from 2003 to 2016 before relocating to the Charlotte area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enrolled in the plumbing apprenticeship program in 1995. From there I quickly learned that I enjoyed meeting new people daily and helping them with their current projects/repairs.
