We called another thumbtack plumber two days before and they cleared the pipe. Two days later, our showers backed up and poop was all over the showers. So we had to call Vita Plumbing. They came out on Memorial Day, and brought a camera to fit down the pipes so we could finally see what the issue was. We basically paid $500 for the 1st plumber, and then turned around and paid Vita - however, they were able to find us the solution. The moral of the story is, great company. And make sure you get a plumber who has a camera they can put through the line so they can actually solve your plumbing issues.
