Pricing depends on tank size and condition. I offer first-time customer discounts and provide clear, upfront pricing before starting any work. I also offer ongoing maintenance plans for customers who want to keep their tanks consistently clean and healthy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the tank size, setup, and any issues the customer is experiencing. From there, I assess the condition of the tank and provide a clear plan for cleaning and stabilization. After the service, I make sure everything is running properly and can recommend a maintenance plan to keep the tank in great condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on aquarium maintenance, water quality management, and ongoing research into fish health and tank ecosystems. I’ve worked with a wide range of setups and continuously stay up to date on best practices for maintaining healthy aquariums.
