Carolina pro floors did an amazing job at my house. The quality was beyond what I expected originally. My first contract with them was for replacing my flooring in the 1st floor (engineered wood floor over 1800 sqft) and repairing multiple drywalls and painting them. I was very happy with how quickly they mobilised their team and promptly finished the work. They also did some extra painting for free as courtesy to reward customer loyalty. I then went ahead and signed my other contract with them for renovating all my kitchen including cabinets, backsplash tiles and countertops. Again, no surprise there, the quality of the material and the job was awesome. Daniel has an extensive knowledge in all types of work and was always available to discuss things with me and answer my questions. He always tries to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and that’s what I appreciated the most working with him. He doesn’t comprises quality for sure. I will definitely hire him again.

It has been a great experience so far with Carolina. I say so far because my project will entail three phases. The project is to repair and carpet wood floors 100+ years old. Phase one has already taken place with discussions with Matt and Daniel, who have been very patient and helpful. We had a three way call where they laid out all of the particulars of the project. I sent them some pictures with dimensions and they sent back the cost to complete the other phases of the project. Phase two will repair the flooring and phase three is laying down carpet in the areas. I am very happy with their correspondence and expertise so far and am looking forward to continuing toward the finished product.

Daniel and his team at Carolina Floors did an excellent job installing our new hardwood floors that we had to replace due to a waterless.
