RPM did a fantastic job repairing several rotted boards (including a step) on our back deck, I would highly recommend them! Throughout the entire process he was responsive, honest, and willing to accommodate my schedule. Thanks again for the great work, we truly appreciate it!

Our experience was GREAT! First hired back in October 2021 & I completely forgot to write this review!! FAIL on my part. Would definitely hire again & in fact we DID! My husband recently had him come back to do some additional work underneath our deck after completing the screening in & painting of our deck! Excellent work & highly recommend! Also a plus that I didn’t have to alter routine too much w/ our rowdy Boxer doggies when I’d have to let them out to use the bathroom here & there. Both are a handful - especially the little one that’s not even 2 years old yet! Communication is KEY for us & it was never lacking with RPM. Dave & his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with! 😊

I contacted Dave's company because I needed to repair a second-story deck on my townhouse. On a whim, I also decided to get estimates on screening in a paved patio on the ground floor. Out of the 5 or so contractors I met with, Dave was by far the most confident and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. His rates, while not the lowest, were fair and in line with my budget. The results have been amazing. My neighbors are convinced that my project will boost their property values as well.

I messaged RPM services one morning and Dave replied right way and was able to come to my house that morning to provide an estimate. The cost of the project was very reasonable compared to other quotes. During the project we were kept updated. We are very pleased with the outcome of our deck repair both structurally and aesthetically.

  I offer competitive pricing for quality work done right the first time however I am not the cheapest.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I first understand the needs of the customer and their project design/repair. If the customers have photos and or dimensions I can usually give a qoute. if not we set up a time to meet the customer and provide an estimate.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Over 30 years of construction and customer service experience.
