Very quick response and fixed our computer in less than 2 days. Called after 1 day with some questions making sure he wasn't deleting things we needed. Works great and the price was very reasonable.

Joe was awesome. I had something rattling around inside of my Macbook, driving me nuts!! He came to my home and within 10 minutes had found the culprit and fixed the issue. I will keep him in mind for any future computer work that I may need. I felt completely comfortable with Joe in my home, and him offering a house call made it so much easier than having to go to him.
