Joe has helped me several times in the past. He was very knowledgeable and got me going on different types of problems. I am in my 80's and the computer technology has changed so much and so fast. Joe has been a great help to me and my husband. I can't remember any particular job right off hand other than showing me how to make my icons larger. I greatly appreciated that. He was patient, and even came to our house to help.

Joe has helped me with my computer several times. Sometimes I am amazed at how simply and quickly he is able to solve my problem. At other times he honestly tells me that he can't do that. Joe is very honest and a good friend.
