- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call charge is one time at $50.00 and all plumbing work is by flat rate or ( by the job ). My water analysis test and written report is free, All of our services and products come with a written warranty. All new water filters and softeners have quoted pricing upfront with 1/2 down deposit and balance upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request from a potential customer for plumbing or water treatment service I provide our service call fee and let them know all work is completed by flat rate pricing. ( By the job ) All water filtration replacements will be quoted, after a water analysis test and written report is completed. The potential customer will know all cost prior to repairs or replacements are completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing and water treatment business for over 30 years. I am licensed and insured and a member of the Water Quality Association and North Carolina state licensed plumbing contractor and 30 hr. OSHA certified. I served in the USN for 4 years as a pipe fitter, and have countless certifications in the plumbing field. I was the GM for a leading plumbing and AC company in southwest Florida for over 10 years prior to relocating to North Carolina.
