I have been a lifelong DIYer. I finished the basement in my first home (1998) including adding a full bath. After doing all types of construction in my own home, family's homes and friends' homes, I decided to additional outside work. I worked with a 7-year experienced remodeler for 3 months starting in Jan. 2022. We completed a master bathroom renovation which included gutting the existing bath and moving walls. We completed a kitchen renovation that included all full cabinet replacement under counters, stacked cabinets on the wall and a new island. Additionally, I have been studying for the NC General Contractor's exam which I will complete this year (2023).
