We are so happy with the work Dan did in our dining room. We had picture frame moulding added around the room. He was responsive while scheduling and choosing trims and he was quick with the install. He even helped schedule the painters. It is my favorite room in the house and we will use Dan for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll provide a price for the entire project up front and that'll be the final. Only changes in price will be if the customer changes the plan (adding more or less of something already discussed).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll meet with the customer in person or schedule a call/facetime so they can show me what they're looking to have done. I'll be able to price out their project on the spot or within a couple hours to give them a quote.

Over 15 years experience managing various businesses to understand the projects and needs of the customers so my team can make everything perfect.
