He was on time and very kindly helped me to carry in a heavy desk that had not been on the list. He did have trouble with 2 out of the 3 items I requested to be done such as fixing some screens on a window and a door. He did offer to fix some extra things instead such as a doorknob that I didn't know was broken and a few more things besides helping with the desk. He was very nice and helpful and likeable!
