What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on the area of the home and the the age of the home. However, we provide $50 off for first time home buyers, senior citizens and new Acumen clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves, thank the customer for choosing our company, explain to customer our work process, ask the customer about his concerns to be addressed during the inspection and after the inspection, provide the customer with clear picture about the home conditions to help them make the right decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
