With over 30 years in retail field leadership and visual merchandising, my passion for creating inspirational spaces led to the launching of Gracious Home Staging & Redesign. Serving the greater Charlotte and surrounding area, Gracious Home Staging specializes in vacant and occupied home staging, luxury staging, design and e-design. We work with realtors, investors, home sellers, buyers and builders, tailoring our approach to each clients individual wishes and needs. We are committed to providing the highest quality of work at competitive prices. Our primary goal is to get your home noticed and inspire buyers to bid high and fast. One of our competitive advantages, we do not set minimum time staged, beyond the first 30-days. I
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a call and a home preview to ensure we fully understand your needs and the character of the home. We do not provide 'cookie' cutter staging. Each staging project is designed in a way that is unique to character and best qualities of the home. We do not over schedule! We schedule the time necessary to address every last detail to ensure your home is picture perfect before the photographer arrives.
