Introduction: With over 30 years in retail field leadership and visual merchandising, my passion for creating inspirational spaces led to the launching of Gracious Home Staging & Redesign. Lori has an eye like no other. We have had her stage two homes, and I guarantee that they never looked better, which includes one that was the model home in the neighborhood. She is thoroughly professional, has beautiful things with which to stage, and cost-effective suggestions for upgrades. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend this company. Prior to staging my home Lori met with me in person and we discussed goals and possibilities. The final outcome exceeded my expectations. The furniture and accessories used are in perfect condition and match beautifully to accentuate an open floor plan. The final result does not look like a staged property, but rather a home lived-in by somebody who has impeccable taste.

We are committed to providing the highest quality of work at competitive prices. Our primary goal is to get your home noticed and inspire buyers to bid high and fast. One of our competitive advantages, we do not set minimum time staged, beyond the first 30-days. I
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a call and a home preview to ensure we fully understand your needs and the character of the home. We do not provide 'cookie' cutter staging. Each staging project is designed in a way that is unique to character and best qualities of the home. We do not over schedule! We schedule the time necessary to address every last detail to ensure your home is picture perfect before the photographer arrives.
