- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask the customer why they need the service and what is their expectations. This way we are both on the same page. We book a date and time. Arrange payment and payment type. Upon arrival, customer gives a walk thru of the home and points out any concerns. Then, for the next couple hours we methodically and professionally clean your home. We use health and environmentally responsible cleaning products. We are open to using any specially requested cleaning products, as long as it is safe for the cleaning tech to use.
