Jenny was GREAT!! We needed design help with two bathrooms and living room. She was very professional, prompt, good listener and in less than two wks she had my style down. Not only did she present on the 2nd visit with a mood board, she narrowed down the paint colors, had ceramic tile and wallpaper samples, n hand. Thou some things had a big ticket (tile, wallpaper, rug) she kept my budget in mind while selecting other items even incorporating items we already had...Just like a friend. Jenny even gave ideas for other areas of the house which were not part of our contract. She is truly good at what she does and i know i will be using her when we do my den and upstairs.

I needed help with my open floor living space. Jenny returned my call within the same day. She set an appointment within the same week. She followed up to confirm and was on time for our consultation. She gave me advice on correct paint color, dining room table size, color and shape of table. Lighting and rug suggestions. Having a corner fireplace, she gave me furniture placement, size and color. I painted the walls and a buffet using her suggestions and I couldn’t be happier with it all. My next step is for the table, chairs, rugs, lighting to fill the spaces. She saved me time and money. I recommend her highly.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to meet in person for a complimentary consultation to learn more about the project and see the space. This generally can take between 1.5 to 2.0 hours depending on the scope of the project. I like to take a tour of your home or commercial space, so I can get a better idea of overall style and layout of the entire/building. Afterwards we sit down and I have the customer explain to me their wants or needs and see how they feel they can utilize me best. Then a game of 20 questions comes, this is when I ask lots of questions to get as many details possible from you. I will then explain if hired how the design process from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters and bachelors degree in Architecture. I am LEED certified, which means I am licensed to work on "Green Building projects."
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working as a administrative assistant at a commercial architectural and interior design firm in college. I worked around all of this creativity and knew I needed to be part of it somewhat. My company paid for me to get my degree in architecture but not interior design. Both in school and on the job, I played the role as an interior designer that's when I knew it was my calling!
