From beginning to end...it was the easiest real estate transaction I've ever completed! And she helped with things that I thought would be outside of her scope of function…they ‘were’ outside her scope but she helped me anyway! While our “big” goal was to sell a house quickly, our secondary goal was to present it in the best possible way. We didn’t know that Lane would help us with that, too. We were pleasantly surprised when she offered her interior decorating skills to stage the home. Somehow she took our “old stuff”, and presented the home extremely well! Her decorating skills are so impressive. I had known she had a “knack for it” because I was involved in a community situation where she offered her expertise…but i had no idea to what extent her skill level was. We were astonished that the house could like that amazing after she was finished. To her credit, the house sold way over asking in a location that we were unsure if we’d even get asking price. We credit Lane for presenting it so well with the design ideas that she implemented. Her work ethic is impeccable…hardworking, dedicated, talented and dependable…and on target with market trends! She’s a winner! Lane is extremely professional, so very kind, beyond competent and knows exactly what she is doing. We had some tough issues to overcome but she gave wise counsel on each situation and corrected the offending areas through her design ideas. I never for one second 'second-guessed' our decision to have her represent our family...hire her for interior design or real estate sales...I think you will have the same experience! This just isn’t a job to her … she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to satisfy.

We had Lane stop by for a quick paint consultation, and the knowledge we gained from just that one visit was so helpful! She answered my many questions, most of which weren’t even about paint color, and she was so professional and thorough in her explanations of everything. We now have colors picked for our main living space and feel confident that they will work with our existing colors and furniture. After she left I told my husband that was some of the best money ever spent! Thank you so much Lane.
