This company is beyond amazing. I contacted them on a Sunday night via Thumbtack and by 11 am the next day they were at my house to evaluate. I never once felt pressure to proceed with them but I could immediately tell Dan was trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He was able to have a crew begin later that day and they were fantastic. The issue I had in my basement was causing me a lot of stress and he gave me a solution for what he could do and the portion of my project he couldn’t do he gave me recommendations and guidance on what to do. I felt so much better knowing they will get my issue taken care of. Do not hesitate to reach out to them, you won’t regret it. You won’t even feel the need to get other opinions as it’s apparent they are honest and experts in their field of work.

Dan and his team were super responsive! They appreciated the urgency of our situation...aka I was freaking out. They quickly jumped in and took care of things. We also appreciated the pricing...received a quote of x dollars not to exceed y dollars. This ensured no surprise bill at the end. Hope to never need them again, but if I do, Dan will be my first call!

Mold Inspection and Removal

Dan and his crew were very professional and did a thorough job with remediation of mold in my crawl space. They showed up when expected and even after encountering some additional problems, they were able to complete the work on time. I hope I never have this issue again, but if I do, I will hire 24-7!

    24-7 uses a billing program called Xactimate. This software has set pricing that has been agreed upon by the insurance industry. This protects home and business owners when we provide you with a detailed invoice. This allows seamless billing to your insurance company when we perform all disaster cleaning services at your home or commercial property!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    247 works with your insurance company and adjuster to directly invoice all emergency services. In some cases our customers may not have insurance which we offer self pay discounts based on job scope needed to be completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our firm continues our daily certification with IICRC and IOT to hold all current and new certifications.
