- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing/estimates are always flexible to your budget in most cases. We offer military, first responder and multi-project discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with a new customer: 1) After the work is discussed we usually either send someone out to take measurements to give you an accurate quote or give you a quote within the hour after details are reviewed. 2) After quote is reviewed by the customer and everything is accepted we start with prep-work (if needed) ... an employee will be out within the next couple hours or days (decided by customer). 3) Actual job construction, repair, maintenance, etc. starts. 4) Customer is given progress reports periodically throughout construction. 5) After construction is completed, cleanup begins/is finished. 6) Customer is shown the full details of the entire project step-by-step. 7) Payment is taken by the on-site foreman or owner (some payments are needed before job is started due to high volume material cost/high cost projects, this is discussed pre-project).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in the construction industry right after high school, I have residential/commercial on-the-job experience for numerous different trades.
