- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair, honest and accurate pricing for all projects, and provide detailed estimates. Each project is unique; pricing depends on materials used, hours of labor and materials provided. I take great pride in providing the best pricing for the best work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to my customer's needs and timeframe for their project. Many customers send pictures, but I also highly recommend a consultation so I can take proper measurements, talk to my client and get a better understanding of any issues, problems or design ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With more than 25 years as a tiling expert and kitchen/bathroom remodeler, my skills and European craftsmanship are hard to match. But that doesn't mean I stop learning. I improve with tiling courses with the Tile Council of North America.
