Dennis or Smitty as we called him is and example of the professional contractor. His company has completed the remodeling task on time and within budget. Several recommendations were made to enhance the project that have proved to be outstanding. The ADA remodeling on the bathroom was exceptional. We highly recommend this company.

Smitty is Awesome. Not only is is work fantastic but he shows up on time, works quickly and efficiently without jeopardizing quality. His pricing is fair. He has done both complete remodels as well as small jobs. I won’t ever use anyone else.

Smitty completed a complicated renovation for us (ADA-accessible bathrooms, doors, and access) that included everything from tile and stonework to painting, plumbing, and electrical. I can not say enough good things about the results (and work ethic) that Smitty brings to a job. It does not take long to see how his experience managing projects makes all the difference in the end product.

Smitty renovated two of our bathrooms last year and we were very pleased with the results. He is a craftsman with a great eye for detail. He is very professional, easy to work with, and a good communicator. He is honest and trustworthy. Plus, he's a really nice guy!

Smitty was here when he said he would be and did an excellent job. Provided a very detailed scope of work. Was fair when unexpected work came up. Very pleasant and always had a smile.
