This was a very odd experience. Provider arrived with a hand held device. Then said needed to vacuum first and asked to borrow our vacuum, which proved not to be powerful enough. He went to purchase one, which took an hour. He was only cleaning two downstairs rooms, to which we added a set of steps. In the past this has all taken a provider an hour. This took five and a half hours, meaning we had to cancel other plans. In the end the carpets looked great, but overall it seemed provider did not have the equipment one would expect from a professional, hence it took five times as long.

Omg I cannot say enough nice things about Vonta!!! His attention detail is simply incredible. He was SO responsive and kind. I have quite literally never seen a cleaner home in my life. By far the best decision I’ve ever made. We have been gone for a month from the hurricane and our 1970’s home had been shut up all that time- you wouldn’t even know after his unreal deep clean. My husband and I are beyond grateful. Can’t wait to refer him to folks.
