This was a very odd experience. Provider arrived with a hand held device. Then said needed to vacuum first and asked to borrow our vacuum, which proved not to be powerful enough. He went to purchase one, which took an hour. He was only cleaning two downstairs rooms, to which we added a set of steps. In the past this has all taken a provider an hour. This took five and a half hours, meaning we had to cancel other plans. In the end the carpets looked great, but overall it seemed provider did not have the equipment one would expect from a professional, hence it took five times as long.

Thanks tor your review Mrs Pam parts tor our carpet aqitator hadn't arrived which would had easily cut our time down hours so I hand scrubbed your entire carpet, I could have rescheduled but its not your problem, I dont believe in excuses just results!
