- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive with professional cleaning services. I never want to charge a customer too much, but customers need to understand that this is a luxury service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer the customer send me a virtual walk through of their home so I can give an accurate estimate. Please let me know if there is something that is going to take extra time. For example, hard water stains, floors that have not been mopped for long periods of time etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for professional cleaning companies for 2 years and now I have decided to start my own business.
